Traditionally, the movement and flow of information and tasks are studied to define processes. Instead, our approach focuses and defines each commitment necessary to do business successfully. Within each commitment, we identify, at a high level, roles, accountabilities, and communications. In addition, we highlight the process successes and process breakdowns that are currently occurring within the operations.
eTelic has a team of experts with proven track record of delivering high quality solutions. eTelic also has teaming partnership with consultants as per customer needs.
You can trust the quality and service resulting from our partnership. You can be assured of consistent work quality, a strong knowledge base, superior coordination and cost saving priorities. eTelic manages all aspects of the project and uses dedicated project managers whose accuracy and oversight deliver a seamless experience.
We can then plan to capitalize on the successes while correcting any process breakdowns.
An Interaction Map is created by facilitating groups of people that represent each role in the process. One of the unique aspects of this approach is the holistic view provided and shared by all levels and functions in the organization. This view contains all the key elements of people, process and technology required for a successful delivery of results.
We also use a process development methodology that allows us to get to the root of a process quickly. During two to three one-half day working sessions, we build the map that shows the “Story” of what it takes to get the work done. We will then document other interactions outside of the sessions for additional understanding.
We have found that the active participation and input of the day-to-day workforce, through discussions and working sessions, on the as-is and desired states of the business, are key to the implementation of significant change. It is our observation that when people participate in understanding their current situation, solving problems, and creating their plan for change, they are both inspired and engaged in building the most powerful possible future for the organization. This process and communication also builds trust between the workforce and leadership, which proves to have a real and measurable bottom-line impact.
